One team, one quote. We decide with you which base fits each style.
Fabric and trim sourcing, sampling, small and fast runs (from about 3–4 weeks), knitwear, accessories and hard goods. Our own warehouse in Yiwu handles inspection, consolidation and container loading.
Bulk sewing from 3,000 pcs per style at the GB&K dedicated factory: about 350 workers, 12 lines, CAD pattern system and CAM auto cutter, in operation since 2019. BSCI certification obtained.
Fabric, zippers, buckles, webbing and labels are sourced in Yiwu and shipped to Yangon, so bulk is made with exactly the materials you approved.
Myanmar is a UN Least Developed Country. Depending on the HS code and rules of origin, garments cut and sewn in Yangon may qualify for duty-free or preferential treatment in Japan (GSP-LDC) and Korea (LDC preference / AKFTA); EU (EBA) status is under review. Myanmar-origin goods are outside the China-specific US Section 301 tariffs, but other US tariffs apply. We check the duty per HS code before you order.
Our OEM process
- 01Inquiry — product, quantity, target price and delivery date (tech pack, photos or a physical sample)
- 02Fabric and trim sourcing in Yiwu; color matching by Pantone number or physical swatch
- 03Proto and fit samples → PP (pre-production) sample approval
- 04Production in China (small runs) or at our dedicated factory in Yangon (3,000+ pcs per style), using the approved PP sample as the bulk standard
- 05Inline inspection and final random inspection (AQL); labels, barcodes and packing as you specify
- 06Sea (FCL / LCL) or air freight with export documents and a certificate of origin where the destination requires it

Frequently asked questions
Bulk production in Myanmar starts at 3,000 pcs per style. Smaller quantities are produced in China; the workable minimum depends on the product and fabric.
Yes. Send us your own sample or tech pack and we will match the fabric, trims and measurements. We only produce designs that belong to you.
Small runs in China take from about 3–4 weeks after sample approval. Bulk orders in Myanmar are scheduled with you; sea freight from Yangon takes about 15 days to Korea and roughly 35–40 days to the US.
The approved PP sample is the bulk standard. We run inline and final random inspections (AQL) and correct any deviation from the approved sample before the goods ship.
We currently supply customers in the United States, Korea and Japan, and can arrange shipping to other destinations.
